Feature film needs an indie post punk sound with baroque vibes and a female vocal

Details:

SEEKING: An anthemic sounding original recording. Indie/post punk sounds, baroque inclination. The music supervisor is working has mentioned Arcade Fire as a musical direction but that is outside the budget so looking elsewhere but musically that's the reference. Must be female vocal. A heart-rending delivery for a touching scene with lyrics to match. Lyric sheet a must. Still looking.
